At Walls Workbench, Trevor Walls designs, builds, and hand‑finishes one-of-a-kind hand-made woodworking projects. Suiting the needs of people needing more than the common market can offer. Everything that is rolled off the workbench is made with blood, sweat, tears, prayers, precision, and beers.
Walls Workbench started back in 2020. I was serving in the United States Army in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment as an Aircraft Structural Repairman. Due to the pandemic, I ended up with a lot free time. Shortly after moving into a new house that needed new furniture, I started to build!
Walls Workbench is run by Trevor Walls, who personally designs, builds, and finishes each custom woodworking project. We specialize in hand, small-batch woodworking and workspace solutions that prioritize handcrafted quality, durable materials, and thoughtful detailing—delivering tailored pieces that go far beyond common mass-market offerings.

A furniture line designed by Trevor Walls, combining the simplicity of shaker furniture with the warm and inviting farmhouse style, the mid century airy silhouettes, and some craftsman and country vibes for visibly strong structures.
Specifically designed to secretly enclose items that are wanted to remain unseen but are easily accessible. Adding extra compartments to furniture adds extra versatility to the piece.

Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other special days with hand-crafted gifts. Anything from our Personalized Wavy Wooden Flag to Personalized Cutting Boards, or whole furniture pieces.

Contact Trevor to start your custom woodworking project. He's ready to help you design and build pieces tailored to your space and needs.
Big stores like Amazon and Walmart often has products made with low quality materials to supply a mass market. The materials I choose is locally sourced and 100% hardwood. Could you find a cheaper solution for your needs? Yes, absolutly. But what I offer is an heirloom quality solution for my customers needs.
I try to make it as inviting, interactive, and fun as possible!
If we are local then an in-person consultation would be preferred. If an online method is needed, then I will send you a form to fill out describing in detail what your needs are.
Once we understand the idea and style you're after, then we will select materials best suited for the project.
I will most likely give you a 3D model to view the project before I start working. Once accepted then I can start working!
I use a number-based work order system to keep everything fair and organized.
Every customer is assigned a number in the order they join the list.
If I currently have 11 customers waiting, the next customer becomes #12.
Projects are completed in numerical order, not by requested dates.
Your number only changes if someone ahead cancels.
You can always ask what number you are and how many projects are ahead of you.
Each project is priced individually based on:
Materials (wood, hardware, finishes)
Shop supplies (sandpaper, glue, blades, rags, etc.)
Estimated labor hours required
This ensures every quote reflects the exact work and resources needed for your custom build.
Yes. I require a 50% down-payment before I begin any project.
This deposit:
Covers all materials and some labor
Confirms your spot as a committed customer
Allows me to start your project as soon as your number comes up in the queue
The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Yes—but only before materials are purchased.
Once materials are bought or the build has started, design changes may:
Add cost
Add time
Or be limited depending on the stage of the project
Always contact me early if you want to adjust something.
Yes, I offer local delivery for an additional fee.
Delivery cost depends on distance, the size of the furniture, and any special handling requirements.
For built-ins, wall-mounted shelves, and similar items, I provide installation for an additional fee.
This ensures everything is level, secure, and properly fitted.
Rush orders may be available depending on my current workload, but they come with an additional fee since they require rearranging the queue and working outside the normal schedule.
Yes. When your number comes up and the build begins, you’ll receive updates, progress photos, and notifications during major milestones.
If you cancel after placing your deposit:
Material costs are non-refundable (because they’re already purchased for your project)
Any unspent labor portion of your deposit may be refunded
If the build has begun, the deposit is typically retained to cover time and materials invested
Each situation is handled case by case.
